SAVE WATER BY LOOKING OVER THESE SMALL MISTAKES

We live on planet earth where about 70%is water that's why it is called blue planet but out of a;ll this no one had ever imagined that people living on land have to face water scarcity. Many people talk about saving water saving life but then too not knowing about the small things that waste lots of water they become the part of it and waste lots of water. So lets talk about those things by which water is wasted.

WASHING THE LAWNS OF HOUSE DAILY

In most of the places we can see that to keep or show house clean people wash their lawns daily and in this situation lots of water get wasted. Even though it is not necessary to do it daily but people do it regularly, 
So in place of washing from bucket full off water or by pipe one should swab that area by a cloth with a bucket of water. this process just need some effort but honestly it saves lots of water and your lawn instantly starts looking clean.

DAILY BATH WITH 2 BUCKETS OF WATER

This is also one of the most important factor that people underestimate they waste one extra bucket of water. It could seem uncommon and small that it all our need, but if you have bath with shower you can have full bath by just spending half or quarter bucket of water as from the outlet of shower very small amount of water comes out. So, in this way we can save lots of water.

USING LOTS OF WATER IN WASHING CLOTHES

In now a days everyone is using washing machine for washing clothes everyday they waste lots of water even for washing some few number of clothes. Lets calculate the amount of water, 4-5 buckets of water is used to fill the washing machine then clothes is washed in it then again 4 bucket of water for rinsing the clothes. So for just few clothes we waste lots of water whereas with just 2 bucket of water and 1 bucket for rinsing we can wash the same quantity of clothes by hand.
We should use washing machine only when there are lots of  clothes.

TONNES OF WATER IS WATER AFTER FLUSH 
WE REALLY DON'T NEED SUCH TYPE OF TOILETS

It sounds weird but its true that lots of water is wasted just after a flush in toilet. Inspite of using that  modern flush the tap form of flush are far more better in which we can turn it off accordingly and if not we can put water by mugs too. 

USE WET CLOTH TO CLEAN CAR INSPITE OF WASHING IT DAILY

Cleaning car with water with help of pipe daily wastes lots of water. So in place of washing it daily first use dry cloth to remove dust then by cleaning it with wet cloth makes the car look cool too.
so why waste time and water by washing it use this method and be a part of revolution of saving water.


THESE ARE SOME OF THE DAILY HOUSEHOLD MISTAKES THAT WE DO DAILY AND IT WASTE LOTS OF WATER SO NOW LETS TRY TO NOT TO DO THESE MISTAKES ELSE IT WOULD BE LIKE
" WATER WATER EVERYWHERE BUT NO WATER TO DRINK" BECAUSE GROUND WATER WILL GET WASTED.....

DO THE DEMONS REALLY EXIST

During childhood whenever a child watches a horror movie, he/she starts believing that, really there is something like a ghost because their parents already have told them do this or that or a ghost will come  and catch them so they get feared and believe in their words. So after all this whenever a kid goes to a dark room he get feared that what if a ghost is hidden somewhere in this room so they start ignoring going somewhere alone. But later on when we grew up we came to know it was just a myth there is nothing like ghost, but this is also true that nobody can stop evil it born in someway.

The exact thing is happening in these days the ghost which doesn't exist in earlier days has born inside every human. As a result that demon is compelling people to do jobs like rape, corruption, cheating, crime and theft.



In childhood we think that the ghost will come and kill us and exactly today people have become demon and started doing crimes and rapes that is killing lots of people everyday.
 
When kids were thing about a ghost they feared of going in dark room or going anywhere alone. And now when these kids grew up they are making others fear to not to go alone outside and in dark otherwise a demon will come and kill them or rape them, it could be hard to listen but its reality.

The condition of a girl child is always same, in childhood she feared of an imaginary ghost and didn't go in dark and alone anywhere. Now when she grew up the imaginary ghost turned into real one and now too she is taught to come home before its dark, not to go anywhere alone only and only because of the demons which came into reality.

Apart from this, not giving respect to parents and in-laws sending them to old age house or being separated is also a demon activity and in this MEN AND WOMEN BOTH ARE INVOLVED EQUALLY.



AT LAST THE ONLY THING TO BE CONCLUDED IS THAT " GOD HAS MADE US HUMAN GIVEN AMAZING POWER OF THINKING AND EXPRESSING

 SO THINK ABOUT HUMANITY AND EXPRESS LOVE TO EVERYONE.

HOW TO GET MAX GAINS DURING EXERCISE WITH LIGHT WEIGHT

Many of us do hard workout daily, lift heavy weights, do some reps of it in 2-3 sets then we ask this question that why we are not gaining some mass, is that due to our less diet or its because we are not taking any protein powder.
Guys again am telling you its mainly because of the fact that you are not training your muscles properly. Lets discuss those facts that why we are no getting gains and  how to get max gains during exercise-

LIFTING HEAVY WEIGHTS IN EVERY SET-

Most of the beginners lift heavy weight with the thought that, they will gets fast gains by lifting heavy weights. Due to this after some reps their body gets disturbed from the correct posture and due to this deviation the part of muscle which we want to train didn't get train and we get tired soon. Lets take an example "if one person lift a heavy dumbell from the very beginning and soon he will get tired and to lift that weight up he will start moving his whole hand" and here he makes mistake due to moving his whole hand his biceps did't  get targeted properly and our mind don't get signal of any work to that part so there is no or very less growth. So now the question rises that how to get max gains so for that lets move to the next step.

START LIFTING LIGHT WEIGHT-

To properly train the muscle we need to lift light weight in our first 2 sets by this our body posture is maintained and we perform that exercise correctly. As we start hitting that part of muscle our mind get signals that some work is done in that area and when we reach soreness the our mind start working on repairing and developing on that muscle hence we start getting good gains.
Now it also depends on that how much reps we should perform with light weight to get good gains, so for it lets move to the next part-

LIGHT WEIGHT MAX REPS-

In order to reach soreness of that muscle and to get maximum gains one should perform max reps with that particular light weight( dumbell, barbell) until he can not do any single rep further. By doing this we train our muscle properly and correctly and our body starts showing good results further.

PERFORM HEAVY WEIGHT REPS AT LAST-

Now when in first few sets we trained our muscle and made a connection with muscle and mind
we need to lift heavy weight to reach at the max soreness of that muscle. When we lift heavy weight at last at this condition most of our energy is lost but when we start lifting heavy weight our brain sends signal to that muscle to work hard at that area. This results in proper repairing and development of that muscle.

TAKE PROPER REST BETWEEN EVERY SET-

At the end of every set we had to take some rest but it should not be too long and not be too short
we have to give time to that muscle to get healed this helps in lifting weight properly.
the break we take after every set should be between 45-60 seconds. In case if you are more tired It should not exceed 2 min because if we take long duration rest between reps the soreness in lost and the body gets cooled resulting in no more contact with muscle and brain.


POST WORKOUT DIET-

After the end of workout within 30 minutes one has to take the post workout diet and it could be anything which he takes either it is protein shake or just banana shake with some meals.  to know about the post workout diet without whey protein you can check my previous post)
Post workout meal within 30 min is necessary because during workout our body lost lots of energy and for repairment of  muscle our body needs protein which we get from these meals. 
More than that in these 30 min our body absorbs the nutrients fast so for better absorption and getting 100% of the nutrients of our diet we have to take it within 30 min of workout.

Can not afford whey protein but want to gain mass..

Its a common question among youngsters these days that "HOW TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS WITHOUT TAKING PROTEIN POWDER"
So upon this most of the gym trainers will say eat a lot as much you can or prefer to non-veg diet and online data will also show the same thing and some special diet but what if you are eating more but not getting what you want so follow these steps and get a lean body with muscle mass.

START CONSUMING MILK PRODUCTS AND PULSES

If we look at milk products processing industry then we will come to know that whey is extracted from the same will which we take regularly only the amount of fat from it is reduced. So if you are skinny so don't hesitate a bit in eating milk products like curd, cheese, ghee and many more because these are a rich source of protein.

normally one scoop of any whey protein can give you about 16-20 gm of protein and which is somewhat expensive too but
                                              100-150 gm of cheese will also give you 20 gm of protein which is same as that of protein powder and definitely it is very effective in weight gain.
so after workout purchase 100 gm of fresh cheese(about 20-25 rupees) and eat it along with banana shake( having 2-3 banana) which provides you 25-30 gm of protein and is very beneficial for gaining muscle mass.

PULSES AND GREEN VEGETABLES

Pulses  and green vegetables are a rich source of protein they contain surplus amount of protein which beneficial for everyone. So add a bowl of pulses and green veges in your daily diet.
You can add spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, mushroom etc. Even you can drink juice of  green vegetables this will keep your body oxidized maintain metabolism activity and probably its fast absorbing so will provide protein instantly.

DO THE CORRECT EXERCISE TARGET YOUR MUSCLE

It is one of the most important factor in body building you can have good diet spend lots of money upon yourself  but you can never gain muscle mass until you don't do proper muscle training. Even lots of youngsters admit that they eat lots of food but they cannot build muscles so it is possible by doing right exercise.

We can understand this concept by an example that in a crowd you can only shout upon someone until you don't call him by name"  so by doing correct exercise and targeting that specific muscle we can induce its growth by tending that muscle to work hard. One best symptom can be you will feel some pain and get fatigued when you do the exercise properly. Have a balanced coordination between your muscle and brain,  as brain is the c.p.u of  human body so it must know where it has to work more.

Don't hesitate to take diet which have some fat

If you are skinny then probably if you want or not you have to take diet which contain fat
If  you are lean but want some mass then nothing is wrong in taking small amount of fat as it will get balanced while your workout and gaining method.

while cutting process of muscle and giving your muscles shape the fat accumulated upon your muscles disappears and you will gain a good muscle mass.
