Can not afford whey protein but want to gain mass..

Its a common question among youngsters these days that "HOW TO GAIN MUSCLE MASS WITHOUT TAKING PROTEIN POWDER"
So upon this most of the gym trainers will say eat a lot as much you can or prefer to non-veg diet and online data will also show the same thing and some special diet but what if you are eating more but not getting what you want so follow these steps and get a lean body with muscle mass.

START CONSUMING MILK PRODUCTS AND PULSES

You can add spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, mushroom etc. Even you can drink juice of  green vegetables this will keep your body oxidized maintain metabolism activity and probably its fast absorbing so will provide protein instantly.

DO THE CORRECT EXERCISE TARGET YOUR MUSCLE

It is one of the most important factor in body building you can have good diet spend lots of money upon yourself  but you can never gain muscle mass until you don't do proper muscle training. Even lots of youngsters admit that they eat lots of food but they cannot build muscles so it is possible by doing right exercise.

We can understand this concept by an example that in a crowd you can only shout upon someone until you don't call him by name"  so by doing correct exercise and targeting that specific muscle we can induce its growth by tending that muscle to work hard. One best symptom can be you will feel some pain and get fatigued when you do the exercise properly. Have a balanced coordination between your muscle and brain,  as brain is the c.p.u of  human body so it must know where it has to work more.

If you are skinny then probably if you want or not you have to take diet which contain fat
If  you are lean but want some mass then nothing is wrong in taking small amount of fat as it will get balanced while your workout and gaining method.

while cutting process of muscle and giving your muscles shape the fat accumulated upon your muscles disappears and you will gain a good muscle mass.
